Order must be placed in Meditech selecting the Tissue
Code which corresponds to the tissue type being requested as Type
of Product and the quantity ordered.
Any adverse outcome or infectious disease must be reported to
the MIB Tissue Bank by the transplanting physician.
Notes
The Blood Bank must be called after placing the order
in Meditech.
All products are ordered by Operating Room or Surgical Clinic
