How to Prepare a sample for Trofile DNA Co-Receptor Tropism Assay:
1. Recommended for patients with undetectable viral loads
2. Collect whole blood in 4 lavender-top (EDTA) tubes.
3. DO NOT CENTRIFUGE
4. Freeze sample immediately at -20˚C (DO NOT ALLOW SPECIMEN TO THAW) Specimen must be fully frozen before given to courier.
5. Contact Monogram Client Services at 1-800-777-0177 to arrange pickup.
