Aid in determining the etiology of elevated total creatine kinase. Troponin I (0090613) or Troponin T (cTnT) 5th Generation (3001831) are the recommended tests for diagnosis and management of acute coronary syndrome. May aid in identifying the presence of macro creatine kinase.
