Special Requirements
- Must have a completed and signed URMC requisition sent with specimens
- Place specimens, requisition, CBCA results, and billing in URMC shipping container
- Place bag in URMC pick-up area in CLP and enter information into the log sheet
- If specimens are collected at sites other than MIB campus they MUST arrive by courier by 6pm. Courier arrives for pick up at 7pm.
- If Specimen is recived on a Friday after 7pm or on a weekend please arrange to have specime delivers by STAT courier, call URMC to notify them that a specimen is on its way.

Flow Cytometry Cell Markers: 88184 (for 1 marker), 88185 (each additional marker)
Flow Cytometry Interpretation: 88187 (2-8 markers), 88188 (9-15 markers), 88189 (Greater than 16 markers).
The number of markers performed is dependent on the diagnosis.
